In Sanskrit language the word ‘Yoga’ is used to signify any form of connection. Yoga is both a state of connection or a body of techniques, allow us to connect to anything. Yoga practices also include some new techniques of yoga .These techniques are useful. Some yoga techniques are posture (asana), breathing (pranayama), and control of subtle forces (mudra or bandha), cleansing the body-mind (shat karma), visualizations, and many forms of meditation. Yoga is the perfect way to ensure health and physical fitness. Through meditation, breathing exercises means pranayams. These steps involve the amazing thing about yoga make your mind fresh and also helps in body fitness. So we can say that yoga is good for health.

Yoga science is helpful for gain knowledge from the yoga. Many people gain knowledge from yoga like how yoga useful for the health or mind or how we loss the weight from yoga. Shakti is the essence of health, also feeling good in your own skin and feeling that your life has meaning. When you have Shakti you have the energy to engage with life in meaningful ways. Shakti has some empowers you to seek growth or change, to find purpose or fulfillment in everyday life. Shakti is the foundation for a conscious life.

3. Spirit of the Standards:

The spirit of the Yoga Alliance Standards is to include a school in the RYS Registry only when its YTT Has a definite, pre-defined curriculum that meets the Yoga Alliance Standard Is taught by learn yoga teacher training who are qualified to train teachers offers some approach that is conducive to depth rather than a survey of different kinds of approaches. Some standards for a RYS are intended to be clear and implementable reflections of the above criteria.

4. Educational Categories of Study & Practice:

The educational categories of study and practice include the techniques of yoga, training of yoga and then people gain knowledge from the training and practicing of yoga. Government's also organize the camp of the yoga, international day of yoga celebrate 21 June every year. In 21 June the government also organize the yoga camp in different places.

5. Yoga Aasana:

The word yoga asana refers to a posture in which one feels relaxed while keeping the body active. The rishis had keenly observed the sitting, standing postures of different animals which, in spite of limited faculties, have wonderful physical capabilities that man is deprived of. People had studied the effects of different postures in the laboratory of their body or developed specific asanas which had rejuvenating effects on the entire body, mind and soul.
